👉 To design a user-friendly platform that would streamline the recruitment process. The existing manual methods of managing candidate data and monitoring progress were time-consuming and prone to errors.
👉 Customizable admin dashboard. I designed a recruitment system with a dashboard that gives a comprehensive overview of the company's recruitment operations, including employee numbers, new hires, and candidate progress.
👉 The new candidates (funnel view) feature. It gives hiring managers more control over the hiring process. Similar to Jira's card management system, it allows visualizing the entire candidate pipeline. This feature helps managers track candidate progress, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions about moving candidates to the next stage.
👉 Reports summary feature. Recruiters can use it to analyze recruitment data, assess the hiring process, and improve performance. Charts and graphs help identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and achieving goals
