β’ Provide a seamless user experience for scheduling, tracking, and managing appointments.
β’ Enable patients to easily find and book appointments with the appropriate medical specialists.
β’ Allow for real-time communication between patients and healthcare providers.
β’ Facilitate access to medical records and appointment histories securely.
β’ Improve the overall efficiency of medical practices by reducing administrative workload and minimizing no-shows through reminders and confirmations.
π Streamlined navigation. The interface includes a clear navigation panel on the left that gives users quick access to appointments, prescriptions, vaccinations, and personal medical documentation.
π Intuitive scheduling. Users can easily view available time slots and schedule appointments with specific doctors through a simple, calendar-based interface. Color-coded appointment types improve visibility and help with quick identification of different appointments (e.g., family doctor, cardiologist, etc.)
π Customizable filters. Patients can filter appointments by status, medical specialty, and consultation type, enabling them to quickly find the most relevant appointments.
π Real-time availability. The system presents real-time doctor availability, allowing patients to book appointments that suit their schedule without the need to call and confirm.
π Appointment details. Each appointment entry provides essential details, such as the date, time, and type of consultation, as well as the name of the doctor.
π Direct messaging. A built-in messaging system allows for direct communication between patients and doctors, facilitating better preparation for appointments and follow-up care.
π Integrated medical records. The system integrates medical records and test results, making it easy for patients to access and share their health information with their doctors during consultations.
